We warehouse our own material and don't have to wait on a third party vendor to deliver product to us like our competitors do. Our facility also has state of the art CNC machinery which allows us to manufacture your doors at high production speeds with pin-point accuracy in approx 7-10 days.

How The Process Works
1. Getting A Quote On Your Custom IKEA Cabinet Doors
You send us your complete set of IKEA plans (if you don't your kitchen designed in the IKEA planner we can do it for you for $199) along with the colors you have selected from any of our collections. We'll then create a quote for your doors, drawer fronts & panels and email it over to you. Quotes typically take less than 24 hours to complete so you'll be able to make a decision pretty quick.
If you would like to order samples of the finishes you selected, you can do so after you've received your quote. This is to make sure you're not ordering samples for something that may or may not be in your budget.
We do charge $5 per sample plus the cost of shipping. Most samples ship out next day (unless you order over the weekend) via UPS ground.
2. Approving Your Order
When you're ready to move forward with placing your order for your custom IKEA cabinet doors we'll send you copy of your purchase order as well as a production agreement that you'll need to initial and sign off on.
Why a production agreement?
We want to make sure that everything is 1,000% correct with your door order. We don't want you feeling bamboozled, hoodwinked, conned, or that we're conducting some form of Tom-Foolery around here.
We've learned over the years that communication amongst humans can sometimes be unclear so we want to make sure that you have documented proof of what you've agreed to purchase and what we've agreed to make.
3. Paying For Your Order
Once you've signed off on the production agreement we'll send you an invoice for payment.
All orders are to be paid in full before production begins. Your payment will include the cost of your custom IKEA cabinet doors + shipping & handling.
Your custom IKEA cabinet door order will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) and will be unloaded outside of your residence. If you would like more of a white-glove service where the delivery driver brings your doors into your home let us know so we can add on the cost for the white-glove service.
There are no refunds on any custom door orders unless we aren't able to meet the deadline we mentioned above.

IMPORTANT: Things That Are Not Included
Hinges, drawers, cabinet frames, toe-kick clips, shelf pins, rollouts & lighting are not included. Make sure to order all of these items from IKEA with your order. Your order from us will consist of doors, drawer fronts, finished end panels, filler pieces and toe-kick strips.
