Getting an accurate measurement of your current kitchen is the foundation for a successful renovation project. We'll measure your walls, windows, doors, flooring, rooms behind walls being removed, etc.
Personalized Layout & Design
Our team has designed & installed thousands of kitchens over the last 10 years. One of our expert designers will work with you to make sure your new kitchen checks off everything (or almost everything) on your wishlist.
Order Your Cabinets
Once your design is complete, we'll create an order & collect payment for your cabinets. Current lead times for making & shipping your cabinets are 6-8 weeks.
Simplified Construction
We'll provide you with a complete scope of work, a list of vetted sub-contractors in your area to get bids from, and a management guide to make sure your kitchen is completed on time AND on budget!

How do your services save me up to 40% on my kitchen renovation?
Many folks hire a general contractor to handle their kitchen remodeling needs. A general contractor will charge 30%-40% on top of EVERY line item on their bid. This covers their overhead (managing your project) & profit.
NOTE: Some of the line items may be as high as 100% markup PLUS an overall 30-40% contract markup. Example: cost of cabinets is $5,000, contractor sells to you for $10,000 then marks up your entire work order 40%, now you're paying $14,000 for your cabinets.
With our R.Y.O.K. packages, you'll be able to bypass the need for hiring a GC because we are giving you all of the information that a GC would use to manage & bid your project for an affordable flat rate.
Example:
Let's say your hard cost for materials and labor from sub contractors is $25,000. A General Contractor will charge you an additional $7,500 to $10,000 (30%-40%) to manage your project, schedule your subs, plus make sure his company is making a profit. It's a fair price to pay, but if you don't have to and you're open to managing your own project with our guidance, why would you?
